Chief Winemaker & General Manager, Allandale Winery

In 30 years the winery has only ever had two winemakers. Bill Sneddon began his career in winemaking in 1983 at Allandale and became the Chief Winemaker in 1986. Vintage after vintage he and the team at Allandale have been responsible for producing hundreds of award winning wines.

Damien Clark is a Service Manager with QBE Insurance Group Limited in Melbourne. QBE is one of the top 25 insurers and reinsurers worldwide and is an Australian listed company with operations in 47 countries and more than 13,000 staff.

Damien has been with QBE since 2004 and a member of the wider insurance industry for nearly 20 years after completing a Bachelor of Business at RMIT University. He has led various teams and significant business projects during his career and, together with QBE as sponsor, has been a long-standing supporter of ABW programs as a mentor during the last 5 years.

Jason Borg is Director, Business Development at EPA Victoria and has been at the EPA for 15 months.  Jason previously spent 4 years as Director Go Health and Fitness and prior to that role held numerous management positions within the pharmaceutical industry.
