Len spent 33 years in IBM where he established a reputation for innovation in the management of diverse areas such as Education, Call Centre Management, Software Development and Human Resources. Earlier in his career, his direct support of customers earned him a personal letter from the IBM Chairman of the Board in New York.
Stephen Boyle is the Associate Head of the School of Management of the University of South Australia. He originally trained as a professional musician and later as an arts manager before teaching at both the WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and UniSA. He has an MBA from UniSA and PhD in Economics from Macquarie University.
Elizabeth Ellis has a background in Customer Contact and Service, Sales and Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality and Education.
She is recognised for her People and Project Management skills, expertise in evaluating client training needs, training strategy, instructional design development and delivery/facilitation. Elizabeth develops and delivers customised programs that improve staff performance and morale in organisations ranging from small family companies to large multi nationals.
Nasir is an Associate Professor in Management at Australian Catholic University. As the foundation Head of School of Business Qld (1999-2004) he initiated the school's engagement with ABW working with local schools in their preparation for the global challenge. In addition to his present role as McAuley Campus Community Engagement Coordinator actively building linkages with the wider community, Dr Butrous' research interests include Management and Leadership, Strategic Decision-Making, and Ethical Business Leadership.
Jonathan Tyler is the Deputy Head, School of Accounting, University of Technology, Sydney. He is on the NSW Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a director and company secretary of Radio Station 2SER. He is a founding member of Australian Business Week and at UTS teaches first year accounting which is the largest subject at the University with an enrollment of over 1,400 students. In 2009 he presented research papers at the British Accounting Conference in Scotland and the European Accounting Association in Finland.
Pradeep Saxena is the General Manager for Operations & Strategy at A.S.K Learning. A.S.K Learning provides integrated and customised learning solutions to leading companies across the Asia-Pacific region. Pradeep has 16 years of global experience in design, development and delivery of learning solutions.
Fred has over thirty years of management experience in private enterprise. During that time he has occupied senior roles in companies such as Ford, Mars Inc. and Coca-Cola. He is currently a Director of Australia's largest food company, Goodman Fielder.
Fred was one of the founding sponsors of the first ABW program in Australia in 1993 and was actively involved in many of the early programs. In latter years business commitments have lessened his direct involvement in Enterprise Education but he has definitely retained his interest and enthusiasm for such programs.
Stephen Frost is the Managing Director of the Blacktown Regional Economic and Employment Development Develop (BREED) Taskforce Inc. BREED has been operating a “Business Incubator” since 1997, assisting up to 32 resident businesses at a time during their establishment and growth stage. BREED also manages the Local Community Partnership programme for the Blacktown region facilitating activities for 13 – 19 year olds to assist them with their transition through school to further education and / or work.
Joanna O’Sullivan is an economics graduate with fifteen years experience in corporate marketing, product and event management. She has lead business and consumer marketing programs across a range of industries including banking, professional services and consumer goods, both within Australia and the United Kingdom. Her current role is Marketing Manager for A.S.K Learning, a leading provider of corporate training, development and consulting services to the Asia Pacific region.
