Fred has over thirty years of management experience in private enterprise. During that time he has occupied senior roles in companies such as Ford, Mars Inc. and Coca-Cola. He is currently a Director of Australia's largest food company, Goodman Fielder.

Fred was one of the founding sponsors of the first ABW program in Australia in 1993 and was actively involved in many of the early programs. In latter years business commitments have lessened his direct involvement in Enterprise Education but he has definitely retained his interest and enthusiasm for such programs.
