
Stephen Frost is the Managing Director of the Blacktown Regional Economic and Employment Development Develop (BREED) Taskforce Inc. BREED has been operating a "Business Incubator" since 1997, assisting up to 32 resident businesses at a time during their establishment and growth stage. BREED also manages the Local Community Partnership programme for the Blacktown region facilitating activities for 13 - 19 year olds to assist them with their transition through school to further education and / or work.
Stephen has been a mentor and a judge of a number of ABW activities since 2003 and has been a judge of the Australian teams in the Global Enterprise Challenge since 2005.
Initially trained as and electrician and engineer Stephen went on to study law and business and is an accredited business facilitator. As an Australian Government nominated panel member he has assessed more than 5,000 business plans for government funding under the NEIS programme and he is Chairperson of the of the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE Advisory Panel.
